About Megan Trimm

Born in Potter County and raised in McKean County, I absolutely love my roots.  Coming from a small rural area has many benefits in addition to the beautiful views and quiet settings.  Being a committed member of my community and the surrounding areas has always been one of my goals. I currently reside in Port Allegany with my husband Andy, rescue dogs Dexter & Reece, son Archer, and daughter Ryder; we are truly living our best life.  I have so much to be thankful for; I count motherhood as my greatest achievement.  In my free time I enjoy traveling, (especially to the beach) crafting, exercising, and spending time with my family and friends.  

As a 2005 Port Allegany High School graduate, I tackled adulthood at 16 by working at the local grocery store learning the importance of customer service.  Later, I became a small business owner, operating a successful family in home daycare for several years.  I went on from childcare to a finance position at P. C. Federal Credit Union for nearly 10 years.  I was responsible for processing various types of loans including home equity.  At the Credit Union I learned invaluable information regarding financial background and creating financial stability, providing me with great advantages along my career path.  More recently, I decided to leave desk life and be involved more with my children working in our school district.  Additionally, working as a waitress throughout the years has taught me excellent communication and time management skills. In 2022 I took my entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes to the real estate world by becoming a realtor. Most recently my love for real estate grew to buying our own investment properties with my husband.  I realize now that I can’t personally change the world for everyone, but the right property can change someone’s world.
